The working principle of the air-cooled heat exchanger can be summarized as follows: the heat released by the cooling and condensing of the refrigerant is taken away by the air so that the refrigerant is gradually cooled during the flow in the tube and condensed until finally becomes the supercooled liquid. So far, the air-cooled heat exchanger is mainly used in various air-conditioning systems, of which the typical structure is a fin tube heat exchanger. During the cooling process, the high-pressure gas discharged by the compressor enters the header of the left and right heat exchangers in two paths respectively, and then enters each of the base tubes, and then flows out of the distributor after being condensed.
Based on the above analysis, in fact, air-cooled heat exchanger is based on air as a cooling medium, by virtue of the air temperature rise away condensation heat. Therefore, this air-cooled heat exchanger has obvious advantages for applications where water is extremely scarce or unavailable.
